The framework agreement includes, as a primary service, the renovation of drainage lines by stocking lining and excavation, as well as a number of smaller tasks within the geographical boundaries of the sub-agreements. Other tasks may include other types of supply. The framework agreement includes various types of tasks that can be requested by the Client or the Client's representatives. Tasks that the contractor can expect to carry out include the following works: • Renovation of culverts • Unclogging of culverts • Renovation of mains • Renovation of sewage wells • Renovation of transmission lines • Renovation of road wells when lining or excavating The quantity and size of tasks will fluctuate, and it will have an impact on planning for the year. The aim is to distribute the tasks over the whole year. The overall tender is divided into 3 sub-agreements as follows: Sub-agreement 1: The ordering party is HOFOR A/S and BIOFOS A/S The sub-agreement includes the supply of renovation of wells and lines within the 11 municipalities covered by Biofos, the municipalities are Albertslund, Ballerup, Brøndby, Dragør, Glostrup, Herlev, Hvidovre, Høje Tåstrup, Ishøj, Rødovre and Vallensbæk. Sub-agreement 2: The client is HOFOR A/S and Copenhagen Municipality. The sub-agreement includes the delivery of renovation of wells and pipes within Copenhagen Municipality's municipal boundary. Sub-agreement 3: Frederiksberg Forsyning A/S The sub-agreement includes the delivery of renovation of wells and pipes in Frederiksberg Municipality, which is covered by Frederiksberg Forsyning. The tenderer must submit a tender for all 3 partial agreements. Each partial agreement constitutes a framework agreement with a supplier.
